480MW! Longmax escorted the largest single photovoltaic project in Chile

In the vast Atacama Desert of Chile, the largest single photovoltaic project in Chile, the CEME1 480MW photovoltaic project, equipped with Longmax technology's Sargasso Wasteland Convergence System, has recently officially started operation. The project, EPC general contracted by CEEC Huadong Institute, is located in Maria Elena town of Antofagasta Region, adjacent to Atacama Desert, which has extreme natural conditions but is rich in solar energy resources. The CEME1 PV project is located in an environment with extreme drought, huge temperature difference between day and night, high radiation and high salinity, which poses a severe test to the PV equipment, especially the combiner box, whose performance is directly related to the efficiency and life of the power plant. Longmax's intelligent PV combiner box system, with a protection level of up to IP66, is able to effectively withstand wind and sand attacks, ensuring stable operation of the equipment under adverse weather conditions. In terms of electrical design, the system integrates UL and TUV dual certification standards, demonstrating excellent electrical performance.

For the DC side, Longmax optimizes the intelligent monitoring system to improve data processing and transmission efficiency, realizing real-time monitoring and self-diagnosis of the power plant, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs, and improving system reliability and operation and maintenance efficiency.
